Scottish salmon tends to have slightly larger bellies and a higher fat content. The BALIK Medallion Scottish is salted, smoked and refined according to our classic secret recipe.
We recommend that you cut the BALIK medallions into vertical, approx. 1 centimetre thin medallions and serve them - this is the best way to enjoy the delicious BALIK salmon.
This Scottish back fillet is salted, smoked and parried using the BALIK method.
