Pressed caviar
In the past, this caviar was often considered the caviar of connoisseurs. In order to obtain the correct consistency and taste, three to four kilos of granular caviar would often be required to produce one kilo of pressed caviar.
Produced entirely from pure caviar and completely handmade.
