Balik Christmas Market was a success

The third Balik Christmas Market was from any point of view a success. Despite the stormy weather, roughly 1'000 gourmets from all of Switzerland visited the Balik Christmas Market on December 16 and 17. Fresh white truffles and panettone from Italy, foie gras, oisters, champagne, caviar and Balik salmon enchanted the visitors.
Especially well received was the Balik Jazz Café, located in the auditorium of the Balik Farm. Against the backdrop of unpublished recordings of some of the most legendary concerts at the Montreux Jazz Festival, two chefs prepared Balik sushi in front of the guests.
