PRIVATE RESERVE BY CAVIAR HOUSE
“The Jewel in the Crown”
Throughout the year we have the privilege to select, grade and pack
some of the finest caviar known to man.
Every now and then we come across something quite unique whether it
is a special gold or black colour, or very large size grains. In the
past, many of our clients would visit our packing and grading station
and ask for these special findings. Some clients would call us in
advance and request for us to prepare caviar, but only from our Private
Reserve.
Over the years, it became a mission and challenge for us when collecting
our caviar at the Caspian Sea to search whenever possible for the
"Jewel in the Crown" of fine caviar.
Today we have made these unique selections exclusively available in
our shops, but please let us draw your attention to the fact that
we are not able to special order these selections whenever we wish.
Availability is subject to the mood of Mother Nature and her royal
sturgeons from the Caspian Sea. |

PRESTIGE SELECTION BY CAVIAR HOUSE
"Spoil Yourself"
Our traditional range of fine caviar from the Caspian Sea.
Since 1950, we have specialised in selecting, packing and grading
fine caviar. For most caviar consumers there are only three types
of caviar, logically as there are only three types of sturgeon being
caught for their caviar in the Caspian -- Sevruga, Oscietre and Beluga.
But for the past 100 years both Iranian and Russian fisheries have
graded caviar in different ways depending on size, colour and taste.
Caviar House became the first company in the world to promote and
utilise these traditional methods of selecting and grading caviar
for its customers.
Our Prestige Selection represents the standard grading of caviar such
as it was performed in Iran many years ago, undoubtedly contributing
in a large way to the continued magic of fine caviar in a world where
gastronomy and food habits lost a certain degree of “art de
vivre”. |
